Your 3-day desert trip starts when you leave Ouarzazate. Explore the beautiful Dades Valley while driving along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Visit the stunning Todra Gorge, famous for its tall rocks. Take a stroll through the valley to enjoy the green palm trees, and finish your day in Boumalen Dades, where you will stay overnight in a cozy hotel.
Leave Boumalen Dades and go to the beautiful Sahara Desert. Stop in Rissani to see its traditional markets, then go on to Erfoud, which is famous for its fossil workshops. When you get to Merzouga, you’ll start your camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Watch the sunset and spend the night in a traditional desert camp. Enjoy food and Berber music while relaxing under the stars.
Begin your day by enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Sahara Desert. After breakfast, ride a camel back to Merzouga, where your trip will continue. Travel back through the beautiful Ziz Valley, taking in the stunning scenery. Arrive in Ouarzazate by evening. The tour will finish at your hotel or the airport, based on your flight time.
